Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Flat rate of ¥1,000 nationwide (free for orders over ¥15,000). Shipped via Yamato Transport or Japan Post. Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days of confirmation.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times vary by country/region and customs processing.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are billed to you directly by the carrier or local customs. Amounts vary by country and we cannot calculate them in advance. If a parcel is refused on delivery, we refund the order less the outbound and return shipping and any fees incurred.

We are unable to ship to a small number of countries/regions currently suspended or restricted by Japan Post. Availability is confirmed automatically at checkout.

Made-to-Order Items

Some items (such as mugs) are made to order. For these, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for production on top of the shipping estimates above. Affected products are noted as such on their product page.
