Refund Policy

• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for unused and unopened items only.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we cover the cost, including return shipping.
• For international orders, due to potentially high return shipping costs, defective or misdelivered items will be resolved via replacement reshipment or refund, without requiring the item to be returned.
• Due to the nature of BMX parts, returns cannot be accepted once an item has been installed on a bike or component.
