Charges other than the product price
Domestic shipping: a flat ¥1,000 nationwide. Free on orders of ¥10,000 or more (tax included).
International shipping: varies by destination and product weight, and is calculated automatically at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility, and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Payment methods and timing
Payment methods: credit card (via Shopify Payments), Pay-easy, convenience store payment (FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, Seicomart), Paidy, PayPay, Merpay, Rakuten Pay and au PAY (all via KOMOJU).
Timing: card payments are completed when the order is placed. Pay-easy, convenience store payment and Paidy are not immediate, so orders ship after payment is confirmed. PayPay, Merpay, Rakuten Pay and au PAY complete immediately in the app.

Delivery time
Orders normally ship within 3–5 business days of confirmation. For pre-order items, the dispatch date stated on the product page applies.

Delivery method
Shipped by Yamato Transport or Japan Post. International orders are sent by Japan Post EMS.

Returns, defects and cancellations
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for unused and unopened items only, with return shipping paid by the customer. Due to the nature of BMX parts, an item cannot be returned once it has been installed on a bike or component.
If an item arrives faulty or differs from what was ordered, please contact the email address above within 14 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund it and cover the return shipping. For international orders, where return shipping can be costly, we resolve this by reshipping a replacement or refunding, without asking for the item back.

Licences and permits
None required (the products sold do not fall into categories requiring a licence or permit).
