返品ポリシー / Refund Policy

• 商品到着後7日以内、未使用・未開封の商品に限り返品を承ります。
  Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for unused and unopened items only.
• 返送料はお客様のご負担となります。
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• 不良品の場合は、返送料を含め当店負担で対応いたします。
  In the case of defective items, we will cover the cost, including return shipping.
• BMXパーツという商品の性質上、車体・パーツへの取り付け後の返品はお受けできません。
  Due to the nature of BMX parts, returns cannot be accepted once an item has been installed on a bike or component.
